1/2 lb. Fresh Scallops1/2 lb. Small Shrimp1 Crown Broccoli1 cup Portabella Mushrooms1/4 cup Minced Garlic2 tbsp Olive Oil1 lb Barilla Whole Wheat Pasta1 jar Alfredo sauce of choiceSalt to tastePepper to taste
Heat up olive oil in a pan. Add garlic.
Add scallops and shrimp. Sautee until scallops are seared.
Add broccoli and mushrooms.
Sautee until seafood is fully cooked through.
Add jar of sauce of choice. Serve over pasta.
