Fresh Fruit, Yogurt and Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients
The fruits change with availability, sometimes I use watermelon, cateloupe and/or papaya. Mix all items in a strong blender for at least 30 seconds. You can substitute water for some or all of the apple juice to reduce the calories and sugar content. The ice is needed to chill for immediate use.
