Galricky Slow Cooker White Bean Puree with Rosemary and Thyme

Ingredients
1 pound dried white beansI onion, sliced4 whole cloves garlic2 sprigs rosemary, needles stripped and finely chopped4 sprigs thyme, leaves stripped and finely choppedSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Soak beans overnight.

Rinse and drain.

Dump beans garlic and onion in slow cooker. Cover with 1.5X level of water.

Cook on high until beans are mushy. Usually just for the workday

Blend with immersion blender. Add fresh herbs and season to taste.
