Carrot cake mix - dry16 oz. can pumpkin2 lg eggs.5 c. chopped walnuts1/3 c. water2/3 c. craisins
Directions
Makes 24 2 " muffins.
Combine all ingred. Mix at low 30 sec. and then med. for 20 min.
Bake at 350 for 18-22 min.
