Spinach Casserole - Low Carb

Ingredients
1 lb bag of frozen spinach3 large eggs4 T heavy cream4 oz cream cheese1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese1/2 cup shredded mozerella cheeseSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Thaw spinach and pat dry. Combine cream cheese, cream and eggs. Pour over the spinach and stir to combine. Add the cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Fold and pour into a buttered or sprayed 8 inch casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
