Crockpot Beef Roast Dinner

Ingredients
5 Potato1 lb carrots2 onion4 strips celery2 lb roast 1 package Lipton onion soup
Directions
Place cleaned carrots, potato, celery on bottom of crock. Lay roast on top of vegetables. Slice onion and lay on top of roast. Sprinkle dry Onion Soup mix over all. Pour 3/4 c water around sides of pot.

Cover set crock pot to cook for 10 hours and forget until dinner.

Makes 5-6 servings with some meat left over for sandwiches the next day.
