Ingredients
Deseret Mashed Potatoes, 40 serving preparedPeas and carrots, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) cookedBroccoli, cooked, 2 stalk, chopped and steamedmedium cheddar cheese, 16 oz gratedole carolina hickory smoked bacon, 1 pkg cooked, drained and crumbledGarlic, 4 tsp Butter, salted, 2 stick
Directions
prepare the instant potatoes. Add the veggies and cheese, stir until cheese is melted. Add rest of ingredients and stir. Serve by itself or with salad. Serves a crowd...at least 25 to 30.
