Apple Crisp

Ingredients
2 large apples cored and chopped1 tbsp white or wheat flour2 tbsp dark brown sugar1/4 c scant oatmeal2 tbsp light margarine2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tbsp chopped walnutsJuice from 1/2 lemon4 tsp Splenda
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400. Core and dice two apples, mix in 1tbsp brown sugar, 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, lemon juice and 2 tsp splenda. Mix well and distribute between two single serving oven proof dishes. I use coffee mugs :) Mix flour, oatmeal walnuts and remaining spices, brown sugar and splenda. Mix well. fold in 1 tbsp butter until all ingridients are moistend. Cover apples with this mixture and bake for 25 minutes or until topping is firm.

    Made this recipe and it was pretty good. I added 1/2 cup dark raisins. Also the recipes calls for 2 separate baking containers but it serves "4".
