Cat's Roasted Rosemary Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
4 cups cubed sweet potatoes2 tsp olive oil2 tsp rosemary
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Peel and cube the sweet potatoes andpt in large bowl.
Sprinkle sweet potatoes with the rosemary and olive oil and toss to cover.
Spread out over a parchment lined baking sheet and put in oven to roast for about 15 minutes before turning the potatoes to get all sides roasted and continue for roasting for another 15 minutes or until the potatoes have a nice carmel to them.
