Baked Spiced Kabocha

Ingredients
* Kabocha Squash, 100 grams * organic sucanat natural sweetener, 1 tsp * Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp * Cloves, ground, .25 tsp * Butter, salted, .33 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
Directions
Cube kabocha (you can leave the skin on).
Fill a glass dish with about 1/4" water; Mix nutmeg, cloves & butter into water. Roast kabocha, covered, in dish for about 20 minutes. Makes one serving or two small side dishes.
