Spaghetti Squash Alfredo with Prawns

Ingredients
1 med Spaghetti Squash1/2 c Low fat Ricotta cheese1/2 c Fat free Cottage Cheese1/2 c chopped fresh spinach100 grams cooked Prawns2 cloves garlic4 oz shredded low fat mozzarella1 oz shredded parmason1 tsp Italian Seasoning'Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut spaghetti squash in half , remove seeds and steam in microwave until soft, put in bowl. Add remaining ingredients reserving a little mozza for the top. Place in square baking pan with non stick spray. Top with mozzarella and red chili flakes if you like heat. Bake until browning.
