Flaxseed Omelette

Ingredients
3 tbsp fresh ground flaxseed1 medium egg, whipped
Directions
Beat egg and add salt, pepper and any other seasoning of choice. Add 3 tbsp ground flaxseed and mix together. Pour into hot frying pan with .5 tsp oil. Spread around so it's not too thick. Cook to taste.
