Banana Bread

Ingredients
Ingredients:Shortening, Crisco, 8 tbsp Egg, fresh, 2 large *Flour, white, 1 1/8 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 1/8 cup Baking Soda, 3/4 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cupBanana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Milk, nonfat, 1/4 cup Baking Powder, 3/4 tsp Semisweet chocolate, 3/8 cup chips (optional)
Directions
In large bowl, cram together shortening and sugar; add eggs and bananas. Mix. Add remaining ingredients. Mix together. Bake in greased loaf pan at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
