Herb Cursted Baked Salmon

Ingredients
1 Atlantic Salmon Filet, 2 lbs.2 T Minced Garlic2T Dried Thyme Leaves2 T Fresh Lemon Zest1 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper2 T Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine garlic, thyme, lemon zest, salt, pepper and olive oil to make a paste. Place fish skin side down on a non-stick baking sheet. Spread herb mixture over fish. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes until the fish is flaky.
