1 egg1 cup of flour1/2 a cup of waterpinch of saltSpray oil
Seive flour into a bowl add a pinch of salt and whisk in egg, gradually add water until you have a batter not too thick and not too watery. Spray cup cake tin with spray oil heat in oven for 2mins, take out place batter in hot tins, place in moderate oven till well risen and brown about 12 mins. Makes 6 small puddings, 1 serving each.
