South Beach Split Pea Soup

Ingredients
3 cup split peas4 cups Low Sodium Vegetable Broth2 cups Water1/2 cup onion1 cup diced fat free ham
Directions
Place everything in a crock pot on high for 4 hrs. I then cook on low for a while with lid off to thicken a bit.
