Maple Chipotle Chicken

3 tsp Chipotle sauce1 tsp Habenero sauce (opt.)2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar1 Tbsp Basalmic VinegarGarlic PowderOnion PowderMustard (dry or wet)Ginger (ground)SaltPepper1/4 cup maple syrup (homemade is best)2 boneless skinless chicken breast, par-frozen and sliced as thin as possible1 tbsp Sunflower oil
Makes about 4 servings.
Mix together all non chicken ingredients. Adjust spices to taste.
Add chicken and use hand to coat (a rubber glove is advised, but nut nessesary). Marinate anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours.
Heat oil in skillet, over med/high heat. Stirfry chicken in small batches. Can be served as you go or kept warm in the oven.
