Ingredients
0.5 cups whole wheat flour0.5 cups white flour0.25 tsp salt1 Tbsp Oil6 Tbsp water
Directions
Assemble food processor, and add the first four ingredients. Drizzle the oil over top. Add the water and pulse the food processor until a ball is formed. If ball is still sticky, add a bit more flour, but don't get it too dry.

Separate the ball of dough into three even pieces, and then separate these pieces into an even three pieces again (so that you have nine even sized balls of dough).

Sift some flour onto your work surface, to roll the balls of dough out. Use a rolling pin, and roll balls as thin as you can. Roll out all nine this way.

Heat electric griddle on low, and place shells on heated surface. Cook three minutes and turn over to cook other side for two or three minutes more. Once shells are cooked, serve immediately, or keep warm (I place them on a plate under the griddle while the rest are cooking).
