Italian Style Stuffed Squash

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, .5 tsp (remove)Diced Tomatoes; 1/2 cup/serving (Canned) Roundys, 0.5 cup Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped *dried oregano, .1 serving *mrs dash marinade salt free, .25 tbsp *Squash, winter, acorn, raw, 2 squash (4 inch dia) Pepper, black, .25 tsp
Directions
Cut squash in half so they can sit and be stuffed. Place in cooking sheet upside down in 1/2 inch of water and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

While that is baking mix your stuffing.
Brown ground beef with onion, celery, carrots. Add diced tomatoes, oregano, ground pepper and Mrs. Dash.

While this is cooking cook brown rice. When that is done add to the stuffing mix.

Take squash out of oven and turn over to stuff. Fill the center of the squash with stuffing mix.
