Orange Cranberry Bread

2 cups flour3/4 cup splenda1 tablespoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda6 oz. thawed orange juice concentrate1 tablespoon orange peel2 tablespoons I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Baking & Cooking Spread1 egg, well beaten1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan with PAM or light spread.
Mix together flour, Splenda, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in light spread. Stir in orange juice, orange peel, and egg. Mix until well blended. Fold in cranberries. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on rack for 15 minutes.
