Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients
4 cups yams, mashed1 lg egg, beaten1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup Blue Bonnet Light Margarine1/4 cup SplendaTopping1/3 cup walnuts, chopped1/3 cup brown sugar, packed1/3 cup shredded coconut3 tbls Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix first 5 ingredients together and spread into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
For Topping: Mix last 4 ingredients together. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake for 25 minutes.
