Vegetarian Italian Wedding Soup (BJM)

Ingredients
Orzo Pasta, 0.33 cup Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz) Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium Salt, 1 tbsp Vegetable Broth, 3 cup
Directions
Coarsly chop spinach and dice carrots into thin strips. Mix all ingredients together and bring to a full boil for about 5 min. and then let simmer until carrots are soft. I also like to add 2 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp of lemon pepper salt without msg.

Serve Hot.
