Ruby Drive Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 onion chopped1 1/2 cups ketchup1 cup chunky salsa2 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons white vinegar 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in the ground beef, and onion Cook and stir until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease.
Stir in ketchup, salsa, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, Dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat 20 to 30 minutes.

    I made this straight up by the recipe - the only danger is you might want to over indulge! This is a truly yummy joe! Next time I might add crumbled bacon for the hubby, but the recipe by itself is AWESOME! - 1/7/17
