Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
14 oz Gold 'n Plump Chicken Breast Tenders3 Smart Factory Soft wraps, Burrito Size (100 cals each).5 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce6 TBSP Hidden Valley, Fat Free Ranch Dressing1 cup raw onion, diced1 cup raw celery, diced1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, diced.33 cup Reduced Fat crumbled blue cheese2.5 cups Romaine Lettuce, shredded
Directions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Spray a large skillet with non-stick spray and heat over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces to skillet and cook until no longer pink.
Add Buffalo sauce to skillet and stir to coat chicken.
Reduce heat to meduim-low and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Heat tortillas for 15-20 seconds in microwave to soften.
Top each tortilla with lettuce, chicken, cheese, onion, celery, tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
Roll up into a wrap and cut.
Serve with fruit or chips (not in nutritional info)

    I just made a wrap similar to this, but to reduce the sodium in this recipe caused by the hot sauce I suggest marinating your chicken in the hot sauce before grilling, then disgarding the remainder of the marinade. You get the hot sauce flavor, but less sodium! - 4/15/11
