Potato Rolls

Ingredients
1 1/2 T sugar1.2 c. water1 pkg yeastmix all three and set aside1 1/2 T sugar1 1/2 t salt2 T shortening, meltedMix. After cools, add yeast mixture1/2 c. mashed potatoes3 c flour1.2 c potato water or milk1 eggKneed all together and refrigerate. Pull apart and shape into rolls. Dip all sides in butter and put on cookie sheet. Allow to rise for an hour. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until tops are brown
