Multigrain stuffing

Ingredients
4 slices multigrain bread cut into cubes1/2 c chopped celery1/2 c chopped onion1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley1 tbsp chopped fresh spinach1 tsp ground sage1 tsp ground poulty seasoning1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/2 c low fat vegetable broth
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Add more veggie broth if needed for moisture. Stuff the bird!!
