Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Apples

Ingredients
1/2 cup diced apple8 ounces brussel sprouts, trimmed and quartered2 Tbl of apple cider2 tsps of olive oil1 tsp minced fresh thymesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Yield 2 3/4 cup servings
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. cobine apple and brussel sprouts in 11/7 inch baking dish.
Add apple cider, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss well.
Bake for 25 minutes or until sprouts are tender.
