Darlene's Best Dinner Rolls

5 to 5 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted1/4 cup Splenda no calorie sweetner1 tsp salt2 tbls yeast1 cup water1 cup milk1/2 cup Great Value Unsalted Butter, melted1 Our Family lg egg, at room temperature1 1/2 tbls Mazola Corn Plus Oil
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeats; mix well. Heat milk, water, and butter to 120 to 130 degrees. Add liquid and egg to flour mixture; blend on low speed 1 minute. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. By hand, stir in 2 1/2 to 3 cup flour until dough pulls clean away from sides of bowl. On floured surface, knead in 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 cups flour until dough is smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover loosely with a towel. Let rise in warm place 45 to 60 minutes or until double in size. Bunch down several times. For large rolls, divide in half shape each half into 8 to 10 large balls. Place in greased pan, cover and let rise 20 to 30 minutes. For clover leaf, grease muffin pans, make 3 small balls for each roll. Cover and let rise 14 to 18 minutes. Roll the tops of the rolls in the oil in the pan. Bake at 400 for 16 to 20 minutes.
