Rumbamel's Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients
-1 Keebler Ready Made graham crust, reduced fat-1 1/3 less fat 8 oz package of cream cheese-8 oz of solid packed pumpkin, like Libbys-1/3 C sugar-1/2 t ground cinnamon-1/4 t ground ginger-1/4 t ground nutmeg-1/4 t salt-1 serving (equiv. to 1 egg) or 3 T Egg Beaters Whites Only-6 oz or 3/4C Fat Free evaporated milk (I used Walmart brand)
Directions
--Cream together all ingredients except the evaporated milk in a medium bowl with a mixer until well blended. Slowly add in the evaporated milk.

--Pour into the ready made crust and cook at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 and cook for another 50-55 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hrs.

--Makes 16 servings.
