Ingredients: 2 Tb Earth Balance Buttery Spread; 1 Garlic Clove chopped coarsely; 2 cups MimicCreme unsweetened; 12 Tb Pecorino Cheese Sheep's Milk; Salt to taste (I didn't add any since the cheese is salty enough)

Ingredients

2 Tb Earth Balance Buttery Spread1 Garlic Clove, chopped coarsely2 cups MimicCreme, unsweetened12 Tb Pecorino Cheese, Sheep's MilkSalt to taste (I didn't add any since the cheese is salty enough)

Directions

Cook your pasta of choice, to equal approx 3 servings. Melt Earth Balance in a 2 qt saucepan, preferably cast iron. Add garlic and allow to cook slightly, but not brown. Add MimicCreme and whisk til all is incorporated. Add cheese and whisk. It will seem thin, but will thicken as it cools slightly, and also after it is added to the pasta. Enjoy!
