Spiced Rum Pecan Pie

3 eggs2 tbsp white flour3/4 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup dark corn syrup1/4 cup Spiced Rum1/4 cup melted butter1 tsp vanilla2 cups chopped pecansPecan Halves for top of pie 9" Deep Dish Pie Crust, unbaked
Makes 8 slices per pie, 1 slice per serving.
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl beat eggs with wire whisk.
Add flour and continue to whisk until the mixture is blended.
Add corn syrup, sugar, rum, butter and vanilla. Stir in pecans.
Pour mixture into pie crust. Place pecan halves along edge to dress up the pie.
Bake 50 - 55 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let cool at room temperature on wire rack.
Notes:
Use a hand mixer for a minute or two before adding the pecans.
