Ingredients:*White Lily Buttermilk Cornmeal (1/4 cup), 8 serving (remove)Milk, 1%, 1.33 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3 tsp (remove)
Directions
preheat oven to 425. grease 10 inch skillet. blend all ingredients, stirring just until moistened. (batter should be lumpy.) pour batter into preheated skillet or pan.
bake 25 - 30 min 8 in skillet
bake 20 - 25 min 10 in skillet
bake 25 - 30 min 8x8x2 in pan.
remove from pan & serve.
makes 8 servings.
