Sweet potatoes with maple syrup and OJ

Ingredients
4 lbs cut and peeled sweet potatoes1/2 stick of butter2 cups of Splenda1 cup orange juice1/2 cup maple syrup1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Melt the butter with the OJ, Splenda and spices. When boiling, add the sweet potatoes. Turn down heat and simmer for an hour or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
