Power Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
100% Natural Whole Grain Oats -- 1/2 cupSilk Light Vanilla Soy Milk -- 1/2 cupEgg substitute -- 1/2 cupVanilla Extract -- 1/2 tsp.Cinnamon -- 1 tsp.
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds.

2. Pour 1/3 cup of the mix into a lightly non-stick sprayed pan. Cook on both sides until lightly browned.

3. Enjoy! Makes three 4" pancakes.

NOTE: Stirring the mix might be necessary before pouring into pan, the oats tend to sink to the bottom.
