PILLSBURY PIE CRUST UNBAKED1 1/2 15 oz CAN YAMS DRAINED6 oz CARNATION FAT FREE EVAPORATED MILK4 LARGE EGG WHITES1/2 CUP SPLENDA BROWN SUGAR BLEND1 tsp ground cinnimon1/2 tsp ground cloves1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1/2 tsp vanilla extract

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425*
PLACE PIE CRUST IN AN UNGREASED LARGE DEEP PIE PAN.
DRAIN AND COURSE MASH CANNED YAMS (OR SWEET POTATOES)
PUT POTATOES IN A SMALL DEEP MIXING BOWL AND ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS MIX WELL WITH MIXER .
POUR INTO THE PIE SHELL.
BAKE 15 MINUTES AT 425* REDUCE HEAT AND BAKE AND ADDITIONAL 40 TO 50 MINUTES UNTIL FORK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
