Double Layer Chocolate Mini Pie

12 Keebler Ready Crust, graham cracker, mini sized4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened1 tbsp fat free milk1 tbsp Splenda (or like)1.5 cups Cool Whip Lite (you will use the whole tub)2 cups milk2 4-oz boxes of Jello Chocolate pudding mix (Suagr-free, fat free)the rest of the tup of coolwhip
Soften cream cheese so it is easy to stir. Add one tbsp each of milk and Splenda. Stir with wire whisk. Fold in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. When completely mixed, drop into mini pie crusts equally.
Pour two cups of milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes, and stir with whisk until blended. It will be thick. Fold in the rest of the tub of Cool Whip. Drop onto cream cheese mix in pie crusts. It takes about two large spoonfuls for each.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or over night.
Serve and Enjoy.
