Jerrys Espresso Brownie Icing

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons water- 2 teaspoons espresso- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract- 1.5 cup powdered sugar- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Directions
Ices 9 x 13 inch (24 brownies) before being cut.

- Whisk 2 tablespoons water, 2 teaspoons espresso, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until blended.
- Add 1.5 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon unsalted butter and whisk until smooth.
- Pour over brownies.
- Refrigerate until glaze is set.
- Cut into bite size pieces (24) and enjoy.
