LC Apple Pie filling (Tart)

* Apples, fresh, 3 medium (2-3/4" dia) * *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tbsp * Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp chopped into small pieces
Combine Apples and spice and toss until well covered. Spoon into cooked crust (Try the LC Soy Flour Pie Crust). Cover with 2nd crust and follow baking instructions per usual; 30 min @350 degrees or until apples are tender when pierced with a knife. Cool before serving. May add chopped pecans on top of apples before crust for a punch. **Nutritional Values are without pecans.
