*Pork Sausage, 1 tubeOnions, raw, 1 medium choppedGarlic, 2 clove chopped fineParsley, dried, 6 tbsp Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium choppedCarrots, raw, 2 medium shreddedSpinach, fresh, 2 bunch chopped (or 2 pkgs frozen, drained)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .75 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cupwhole wheat toast), 5 slice chopped like bread crumbsChicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
- Brown meat in a little olive oil
- add garlic and veggies (except spinach) simmer 20 mins.
- put in big bowl and let cool
- add spinach, eggs and parmisain cheese
- add toast and broth
- mix thoroughly
- bake uncovered at 325 for 40 minutes
