Ingredients
2 c vital wheat gluten1 c soy flour1 c nutritional yeast4tbsp onion powder2 tbsp garlic powder2 12 oz tofu1.5 c water3 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
knead twice, ten minutes each with a long rest in between. wrap in cheese cloth and place in boiling veggie stock or water for two hours.
wrap in vegan pastry puff and coat with a ketchup and water (50:50) mix and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
