Senator Russell's Sweet Potato Dish

Ingredients
2 cans (40 oz) Bruce's yams, drained4 large eggs1/2 c melted butter1/2 c condensed sweetened milkTOPPING:1.5 c packed brown sugar1.5 c chopped pecans1/3 c flour - unbleached1/2 cup softened butter
Directions
Makes 14 servings, 2/3 c each
Mix sweet potatoes, melted butter, eggs and sweetened condensed milk in mixer until smooth. Pur into buttered oblong casserole.
TOPPING: mix brown sugar, pecans, flour and softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle this over the sweet potato mixture.
Bake uncovered at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
