4 oz. Tilapia filet3 peppers, sweet, small, fresh, sliced fine1 c. Cherry tomatoes, halved4 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped fine1 Tbsp. Shallot, chopped fine2 Cloves Garlic, chopped fine1 Tbsp. Olive oil1 Dash Old Hickory smoked salt1 oz. Dry Sherry4 oz. White wine
Serves 1.
In Glad cooking bag, layer ingredients starting with olive oil, then garlic, shallots, fish, wine, cilantro, peppers and tomatoes. Sprinkle with smoked salt and white pepper. Cook two minutes on High temperature in microwave. Allow to rest five minutes. Enjoy!
