Ingredients
Eggs, 2 largeFat-free mayonnaise, 2 tablespoonsCelery, 1 tablespoon, choppedPepper, to tasteRomaine lettuce, 1 leafTomato, 2 slices Whole wheat tortilla, 1
Directions
Dice egg and mix with mayonnaise, celery and pepper. Spread on tortilla, and top with lettuce and tomato slices. Roll tortilla up to make a burrito-shaped package.

    Very easy and tasty recipe! I did add about a teaspoon of prepared yellow mustard to the mix and might add a dash of paprika next time. I also ended up using a tomato flavored flat-wrap. I'll be making this again and again and LOVED it :D - 8/10/10
