Ingredients
Two large eggs, slightly beaten1 can (15 oz) pumpkin1/2 cup sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ginger1/4 teaspoon cloves1 1/2 cups (12 oz can) evaporated fat free milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray pie pan with Pam. Combine all ingredients. Pour into pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40-50 additional minutes. Pie is done when a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
