Apple Spice Muffins (with Yogurt)

Ingredients
* All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 3 cup * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp * Allspice, .25 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup * *Canola Oil, 1/3 cup * Apples, fresh, 3 medium, sliced & peeled
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray

Mix eggs, oil, yogurt in a bowl, then set aside.

Mix dry ingredients together, then combine with wet ingredients.

Add diced apples and stir until mixed.

Bake 15-17 minutes.
