Soy Protien Bars

Ingredients
160 g. soy protein powder1/2 c. whole wheat flour2 c. rolled oats, dry yield (not instant)1/2 c. each wheat bran, flax meal, and wheat germ3/4 c. chopped dates3/4 c. packed brown sugar1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. nutmeg1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1 1/2 c. fat free yogurt, plain1/4 c. canola oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Spray 13 x 9 glass pan with spray. Use spatula to press mixture firmly in. Cook in center rack for 30 minutes.

Let cool, store in airtight container in fridge.
