mix pudding lemon juice and milk until well blended. spread 1 cup on crust mix the rest of pudding mix with 1/2 cool whip spread on next top with remaining cool whip

    I made this today for our grilling dinner. It was fast and easy to throw together. I did add a little more lemon juice, trying to cover the heavy aspertame flavor. But, once I added the cool whip, it covered it quite nicely. Next time, I won't make a first layer, just the last two. Tasted great! - 6/27/10
