Lentil and Broccoli Fresh Soup

Ingredients
A cup of lentils1 Broccoli stalk and 1/4 of anotherA tsp of ground oreganoA tsp of ground thyme4 cups of water
Directions

Chop broccoli and set aside in a bowl.
In a fairly medium sized pot add 2 cups of water to the pot and then add the lentils. Let boil for about thirty minutes then add a little more water, more or less depending on your taste. Add raw broccoli to lentils along with thyme and oregano. Stir thoroughly and cover with lid with heat on low for 5-10 min. Remove lid and serve.
