Low-Fat Granola

Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats½ cup chopped walnuts½ cup raisins¼ cup maple syrup1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. transfer to a 9 - 13-inch baking dish. Bake, turning often with a spatula, until mixture is golden brown, about 25 minutes.

Serves 9 1/2 cup servings.
