Ingredients
5 bananas, peeled and slices1 c unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained w/ 1 tsp cornstarch mixed in¼ c ww flour¼ c quick oats¼ c walnuts or peanuts, chopped¼ c peanut butter2 T reserved pineapple juice
Directions
Layer bananas. Top with pineapple.
In a bowl mix flour, oats, nuts and peanut butter with a fork.
Sprinkle topping over pineapples.

Bake 400’ for 30 minutes

    Very very good. It is quick and easy to make. I'm using it as a "bring along" for a pot luck supper at church...Is excellent for that purpose. would also be good with vanilla yogurt. - 9/28/10
